Several local artists and members of the Bathurst Art Society were commissioned to paint four ten-foot panels for display on the Royal Canadian Legion, Herman J. Good, Branch 18 building. A portrait of Herman J. Good was installed on the building's front façade, while the other three panels were mounted along the side overlooking the car park. The painted panels were unveiled to the public, during which a veteran and Legion member shared the story behind each panel.
